Dr Jennifer Martinick (MBBS) is dedicated to the advancement of hair transplantation for men for men and women affected by hair loss. She has received international prominence for her work in developing the Martinick Technique ™, the recognised Gold standard in hair transplant surgery.
Having been utilised for over 4,500 successful procedures, the Martinick Technique ™ is recognised for excellence in permanent, natural and undetectable hair restoration.
Also noted for restorative surgery, Dr Martinick is sought after for repairing transplants performed from surgical techniques which create obvious looking results as well as for restoring hair lost due to burns, scarring or other trauma.
Among her many accolades are the Platinum Follicle Award – an award recognising the world’s leading hair transplant physician – and the Milestone Award by the Italian Society of Hair Restoration Surgery.
A past president of the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (ISHRS) (2011-2012), Dr Martinick is in demand to share her knowledge at conferences around the globe.
She is a passionate advocate for greater public awareness on hair loss issues and treatments and is committed to improving standards in hair transplant surgery.
Finishing her Bachelor of Medicine & Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) at Royal Hobart Hospital, Dr Martinick spent her early career working as a general practitioner, working in remote mining communities in Western Australia.
